In momentul achizitiei n-am primit nicio atentionare referitoare la promotie sau la conditionarea acesteia. Se pare ca link-ul a fost facut public accidental si era destinat doar celor care au achizitionat deja cartea tiparita, asa cum spune Thomas. Din acest motiv am eliminat legatura. Nici pe site-ul ARRL nu mai este disponibil pachetul gratuit. Pacat! Ar fi fost de un real ajutor comunitatii internationale a radioamatorilor.

Frankly, I’m really surprised that the ARRL would have a publicly available static link to free content on their website. Most publishers have links like this protected behind a checkout process or purchase page.
